Lego Ultra Agents Riverside Raid 70160

Written by mummybird. Posted in Review, Review - Lego

Little Bird is bonkers about Lego, last week we went out for a family meal and Lego came to the rescue once again. Little Bird does not like sitting around waiting, so going out for a meal can be hard if I am not prepared. Luckily I was this time and I went armed with the Lego Ultra Agents Riverside Raid in my bag ready for him to build. We sat down for our meal, ordered our drinks and Little Bird began to get fidgety so I pulled out this Lego set in the hope it would keep him busy whilst we waited for our food to arrive.

Lego Mixels

One of my favourite things about my blog is having the opportunity to work with Lego, Little Bird loves the stuff so much I swear he has it coming out of his ears. As I have said before its the one toy that keeps him focused and happy for lengthy periods of time. Its not just the Lego sets that grab his attention he also loves the books, bedding, lunch box, drink bottles as long as it has Lego on it I know he is going to love it.

A few weeks ago we received some Lego Mixels through the post to review and my little man couldn’t wait to open them. Lego Mixels are fun, creative creatures made up of the basic Lego building blocks. The Mixels live in tribes spread across a vast world and love to mix and combine. By using the special cubits they will be able to mix into new characters with hilarious and surprising results.

Being part of the Lego Family Blogger project has to be one of the best roles for me and my family, I love writing about Lego and have learnt alot about their products and my children get the enjoyment of building them. Lego has bought a whole new meaning to life for Little Bird, I do not know what he would do without Lego now. Its the only toy that he actually plays with, he loves building the sets then slowly takes them apart to build something else from his imagination. Being part of the Lego Family Blogger team is great because we get to hear about all the news and gossip straight from the Lego HQ and we wanted to share something with you.

Lego Chima – Lion Legend Beast

Written by mummybird. Posted in Review, Review - Lego

My Little man is mad about Lego, he first discovered it when he was just about to turn 4 years old. We have gone through many of the different ranges starting with Lego City and then moving onto Lego Starwars, Ninjago and now he is bonkers for Lego Chima so he was really pleased when our latest Lego review box arrived and he found the Lego Chima Lion Legend Beast inside.

Written by mummybird. Posted in Review, Review - Lego, Review - Toys

Oh yes they have arrived …….. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been shrunk down and transformed into Lego characters. Little Bird was really excited when he heard Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was now available in Lego. Little Bird is mad about Lego, its the one toy he spends hours building and then playing with, its funny how these little colourful bricks can keep someone amused for so long, especially my little man who finds it hard work to sit still.

We recently received our next Lego box to review and Little Bird was over the moon when he spotted his favourite range on the top of the pile ….. Lego City. We were sent the Lego City Police (60046) Helicopter Surveillance to review and my little man couldn’t wait to get started with it.

lego60046A year ago Little Bird made a large Lego police helicopter from another set and he loved it and it soon became his favourite set and he spent hours playing with it. This police helicopter looks different to that one and has a few extra gadgets which I knew Little Bird would love.

Last year the children went to Windsor Castle with their Father for the launch of the Lego Castle range, Little Bird loved his day out at Windsor and returned home all excited and wanting to explore the Lego Castle range. Being part of the Lego Family Blogging team is the best job in the world to him and he was really pleased when our latest box of Lego contained a Lego Castle set ready to build.
